Jingyuan Polypropylene

Polypropylene (PP for short) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic. It has high impact resistance, strong and tough mechanical properties, and is resistant to various organic solvents and acid and alkali corrosion. It has a wide range of applications in the industrial sector and is one of the common polymer materials in daily life. It has the advantages of high strength, great hardness, wear resistance, resistance to bending fatigue, high heat resistance, excellent moisture resistance and chemical resistance, easy processing and shaping, and low price. It also has the disadvantages of poor low-temperature toughness and poor aging resistance.

Physical properties

Polypropylene is usually a semi-transparent, colorless solid, odorless and non-toxic. The melting point of polypropylene is approximately 164 to 170 degrees Celsius, and its density is 0.91g/cm ³. It features high strength, great hardness, excellent wear resistance, resistance to bending fatigue, moisture resistance and chemical resistance, is easy to process and form, and has a low price. Therefore, it is a general-purpose polymer variety with large output and wide application.

Purpose:

Film products

Polypropylene film products are transparent and lustrous, with low permeability to water vapor and air. They are classified into blown film, cast film (CPP), biaxially oriented film (BOPP), etc.

Injection molded products

It can be used in automobiles, electrical appliances, machinery, instruments, radio, textiles, defense engineering accessories, daily necessities, turnover boxes, medical and health equipment, building materials, etc.

Extruded products

It can be made into pipes, profiles, monofilaments, fishing ropes, packing straps, binding ropes, woven bags, fibers, composite coatings, sheets, plates, etc.

Others

Low-foaming, calcium-plastic boards, synthetic wood, laminated boards, synthetic paper, and high-foaming can be used as structural foams.
