Jingyuan PP(polymer polypropylene

The English name of Polypropylene is Polypropylene, abbreviated as PP, and commonly known as "hundred-fold rubber". Polypropylene is a representative of polyα -olefins. It is a thermoplastic resin produced by the polymerization of propylene, and its monomer is propylene CH2=CH-CH3. Depending on the initiator and polymerization process, polypropylene can be classified into three configurations: isotactic polypropylene, atactic polypropylene and syndiotactic polypropylene.

It has a relatively low density of only 0.89 to 0.91, making it one of the lightest varieties among plastics.

2. It has excellent mechanical properties. Except for impact resistance, all other mechanical properties are better than those of polyethylene, and it has good molding and processing performance.

3. It has a high heat resistance, with a continuous service temperature of up to 110-120℃.

4. It has excellent chemical properties, hardly absorbs water and does not react with the vast majority of chemical substances.

5. Pure in texture and non-toxic.

6. Good electrical insulation.

The transparency of polypropylene products is better than that of high-density polyethylene products.
